About Dr. Hana

Hana grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and has been an athlete her entire life, with soccer as her main focus. She was a varsity athlete in high school and went on to play collegiate soccer. Throughout her playing career, she saw firsthand how injuries could take athletes away from the sport they love, and that experience ultimately shaped her path into physical therapy.

Hana earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston and went on to complete a fellowship in manual therapy, where she trained extensively in joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization techniques, and advanced hands-on care.

Because ACL injuries are so common in women’s soccer, Hana developed a special interest in ACL injury prevention, post-operative rehab, and return-to-sport testing. She is passionate about helping athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience — not just to return to play, but to reach their full potential. Her approach is collaborative, motivating, and rooted in helping active individuals stay in the game for the long haul!

If you have a young athlete in your life who is preparing for their season, recovering after a long season, or simply looking to build overall strength and reduce injury risk — Hana is your girl. Whether it’s improving performance, dialing in movement mechanics, or creating a smart off-season strength plan, she loves working with athletes who want to stay strong and competitive year after year.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Hana spending time with family and friends, traveling, and heading to games and concerts whenever she can.
